Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and shipped out within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a weekday are generally handled the same business day. Orders received after that time, or on a weekend, will be addressed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using cold-chain insulation and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

fluxcraft currently delivers to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped internationally may incur import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs processing charges when they reach the destination country. These charges are set by the local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After your order ships, we will send an automated confirmation email that includes a tracking link and carrier information.

If tracking details have not appeared or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team and include your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, we begin processing orders soon after they are placed.

• If you need to correct your shipping address or change your order, email us at support@fluxcraft.quest within 1 hour of placing it.
• We will make every reasonable effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the address can no longer be modified.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every delivery:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged because of a shipping delay, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
